Draft — for Australian legal review

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. It must be reviewed before TripMate accepts live bookings or payments.

Be respectful

No harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive language — in messages, reviews or in the car.

Be reliable

Turn up on time, and cancel through TripMate as early as you can if plans change.

Be honest

Post accurate trips and profiles. Reviews must reflect a real trip — no fake reviews or rating manipulation.

Keep it on TripMate

Keep all correspondence in TripMate messages. Don't share phone numbers, emails or social handles, and don't arrange payment outside the platform.

Reviews

After a completed trip, you can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Reviews that are fake, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate can be reported, and TripMate may hide or remove them after investigating.

What happens if guidelines are broken

We review every report. Depending on what happened, we may warn, suspend or deactivate an account.
